Nashville, TN , United States - July 11, 2019 /MarketersMedia/ —
With water contaminations frequently in the news, many people believe that bottled water is safer for drinking than tap water. But questions including where bottled water comes from and how much plastic is found in bottled water have raised considerable debate over the issue.
As quoted in a recent U.S. News & World Report article , Environmental Working Group senior scientist Tasha Stoiber says, “We don’t recommend using bottled water unless it’s in the case of an emergency or something has gone very wrong, like in the case of Flint, Mich., where there’s no safe water for anyone to drink.”
With the potential for water contamination in both tap and bottled water, 4Patriots LLC officials recommend filtering water before consuming it.
“It’s everyone’s responsibility to protect themselves from water contamination,” said 4Patriots LLC Partner Allen Baler. His company provides a variety of products that help people become more self-reliant and independent, including the Patriot Pure Pitcher .
“Almost every day we hear about water contaminations and boil orders in one part of the country or another. Even when water leaves a treatment plant in good shape, it can become contaminated along the way to homes and businesses. And we’re hearing more and more about plastic particles being found in bottled water.”
The Patriot Pure Pitcher filters out 99.99 percent of heavy metals including lead, copper, mercury, aluminum, arsenic, cadmium, chromium 6, asbestos and more. Also, radiological elements such as radon 222, plutonium, uranium and cesium.
It also filters out 99.99 percent of chemicals including pesticides, VOCs, DDT, PCBs and trihalomethanes, as well as fluoride, chlorine, silt, sand and sediment. The Patriot Pure Pitcher holds up to one gallon of water and features a filter that lasts for 150 gallons.
The Patriot Pure Pitcher and other self-sufficiency products can be seen in the latest 4Patriots catalog.
